**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Expertise in job boards, LinkedIn, and talent management systems.
- Fluent in English (100%, both oral and written).




- Willingness to relocate or reside in Hermosillo, Sonora.
