Achieve sales and gross margin targets defined within the area of responsibility with dedicated teams to improve market share, as well as introduce best practices to maximize customer satisfaction.
Ensure cooperation and teamwork with technology to establish customer OFC teams to develop innovative products and services and provide best in class customer service and solutions
Ensure observation and analysis of markets, competitors and customers to develop and improve sales performance
Ensure cooperation and agreement with marketing and SCM within the yearly planning process for products, volumes and prices.

Establish sales budget with superior and customer OFC resources to ensure growth and profitability in the defined area in accordance with Regional/BU strategy.
Support development of sales objectives and plans as well as market analysis and research.

Related university degree or long-term commercial practices
6 years sales / commercial experience in chemical industry or in packaging industry
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Use of CRM management (Dynamics) SAP
