We are hiring Healthcare Patient Coordinators to support U.S.-based medical clinics.

This is a stable, long-term role working directly with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and clinic operations.

Job Role
Handle patient calls for appointment scheduling and support
Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
Work with EMR systems
Assist with prescription and admin workflows

Requirements
Experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical office (preferred)
OR strong customer service experience (training provided)
English B2+ (required)
Comfortable working onsite

Adecuado Candidate
1–3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or front‑desk role (clinic, hospital, or medical office)
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication skills with experience handling patient calls
Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks (appointments, insurance verification, follow‑ups)
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving ability
