TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a fully documented service work in the associated IT system, supported by service and work instructions- Management of the service stock- Dealing with or participating in the preparation of cost estimates- Responsible to answer customer's questions about their error descriptions or to obtain missing information- Organization and processing of return deliveries and complaints- Creation of Sales orders due to the service process- Cooperation with interface partner- Organization of external transports (returns- Creation and planning of service orders
