Key Responsibilities
1. Lead warranty return analysis for root cause identification
2. Work with cross-functional team to prevent and eliminate defects on product
3. Develop warranty analysis procedures and manuals for new products
4. Lead Warranty costs by improving Quality performance (IPTV) reduction
5. Reduce Warranty costs by reducing Liability Factors / Burden ratios
6. Ensure that analysis results is reported to customers within agreed time scales in customer specific format/portals as required (GM and FCA Portals)
7. Conduct detailed trend analysis of warranty return parts, claims, costs and
exposure going forward to determine corrective and preventative actions"
8. Inform and advise management on budgetary preparation on future warranty spend
Skills and Competencies
1. Core Tools and problem solving
2. Technical knowledge of the product Fuel injection systems
3. Requires vision; proactivity and willingness to pursuit improvements
4. Methodical and good communication skills
English 90%
Bachelor degree
Engineering, Preferable: Mechanics, Mechatronics
