Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site startups, training sessions, and service for EDDY Pump equipment at various project locations.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to excavators, diesel engines, hydraulics, and low-voltage electric systems.
Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to enhance product functionality and resolve field issues.
Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Document all service activities, including issue diagnosis, repair actions, and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with heavy equipment,



especially excavators, diesel engines, hydraulics, and low-voltage electric systems.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to different project sites.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a must.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
