Lead the digital transformation of Supply Chain and Operations for the Alliance Air business unit by defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP Business One. Ensure the platform effectively supports business operations, drives process efficiency, and aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.

- Serve as the Digital Product Manager for SCM, with a dedicated focus on the Alliance Air business unit’s supply chain and operational functions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Inventory teams to gather requirements and define priorities.
- Translate complex business needs into user stories and functional requirements for development and configuration teams.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, lead sprint planning, testing, and release cycles in alignment with Agile practices.




- Optimize ERP Systems to support demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, and order fulfillment processes.
- Identify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency and data visibility across the supply chain.

1. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Systems, Supply Chain, Economics or similar
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
3. Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems,
4. Demonstrated expertise with SAP, specifically within manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics modules.
5. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes in an engineered‑to‑order or configure‑to‑order environment.
