We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team.
In this role, you'll act as a trusted talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while strengthening our employer brand in the market.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and specialized positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other innovative channels to build strong talent pipelines.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities to attract high-quality talent.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining proactive communication and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.




Educate and coach hiring managers on best recruitment practices, interviewing techniques, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring principles.
Monitor recruiting metrics and leverage data to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent attraction initiatives and workforce planning.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
~ Experience with university relations and employer branding initiatives.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or other ATS platforms.
