We are looking for a dynamic Credit Promoter to offer and place credit products within Bodega Aurrera stores.

Responsibilities

- Promote and offer credit products to store customers, providing clear and reliable information.
- Advise customers through the application process, answering questions and building trust.
- Verify required documentation, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Follow up applications to ensure a swift and satisfactory customer experience.
- Meet placement targets while working collaboratively and maintaining a professional attitude.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or credit placement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on closing.
- Goal-oriented and a team player.
- Proactive, responsible and positive attitude.
- High school diploma required.
- Availability to work Monday–Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a fixed day off on Thursdays.

Benefits

- Base salary: $10,500 to $11,500 per month.




- Monthly performance bonus up to $20,000.
- Bimonthly bonus for top promoters ($2,000–$15,000).

- Guarantee bonus of $1,750 per month (first two pay periods only).
