The Recruiter will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition and recruitment processes for administrative, engineering, and indirect positions within the manufacturing industry. This role will actively participate in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment process follow-up, ensuring a positive candidate experience through effective onboarding and consistent communication with internal clients.

- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Conduct cold‑calling activities to identify and attract qualified talent.
- Perform phone screenings and initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide continuous follow‑up to candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate and job vacancy records.




- Support administrative recruiting activities, including personnel file preparation and onboarding follow‑up.
- Participate in talent attraction initiatives and events as required.

1. 1–2 years of recruiting experience within the manufacturing industry.
2. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
3. Experience coordinating interviews and managing schedules.
4. Experience conducting cold calls and proactively sourcing candidates.
5. General knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
6. Strong communication, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
