This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a performance‐driven environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about scaling campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and other paid channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPA, ROAS,



and conversion rates.Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting.Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high‐performing ad creatives.Stay up‐to‐date with platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in media buying or paid advertising.Proven track record managing and scaling campaigns with measurable ROI.Strong experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, data dashboards, etc.).
