building partnerships and handling escalationsRequirements7–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical implementation.Customer-facing background in roles such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer.Demonstrated leadership experience (Director, VP, or Founder roles preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
