The adecuado candidate must have valid TN Visa eligibility and advanced English skills to coordinate directly with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise on-site construction activities in the U.S.Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholdersEnsure compliance with U.S. safety standards (OSHA)Track project progress, schedule, and deliverablesOversee installation of solar PV systems and related infrastructureSupport commissioning, QA/QC, and reporting activitiesAct as a key point of contact between U.S. and Mexico teamsRequirements:Qualifications5+ years of experience as Site Manager / Construction ManagerExperience in solar or renewable energy projects (preferred)TN Visa eligibility (mandatory)Advanced English (professional communication required)Availability to travel and stay in the U.S. during project executionStrong leadership and team coordination skillsNice to HavePrevious experience working on projects in the U.S.Knowledge of trackers, inverters, and BOP systemsOSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
