The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming referrals, providing a high-touch onboarding experience for families, coordinating intake processes, and ensuring timely communication throughout the onboarding journey.
The adecuado candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContact new referrals promptly and efficiently, ideally within established response time targetsGuide families through the onboarding and intake process from referral to service initiationProvide exceptional customer service and support throughout the intake journeyMaintain accurate and complete client records and documentationCoordinate with staffing, scheduling, and case management teams to facilitate successful onboardingTrack referral progress and ensure all intake requirements are completedFollow up with families regarding documentation, appointments,
