Additionally, we were certified as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality by HRC Equidad MX **** and ranked among the Best Companies for Female Talent by EFY.PositionKueski is seeking a Senior Product Account Manager to own and grow a strategic enterprise partnership, leading commercial performance, executive relationships, and cross-functional initiatives that drive business impact.This role is adecuado for a strategic, execution-driven leader who thrives in complex environments and excels at influencing stakeholders, driving growth, and delivering operational excellence.Key ResponsabilitiesAccount Ownership & StrategyOwn the overall success, performance, and growth of a key enterprise account, including revenue, profitability, and customer experience metricsDevelop and execute the account strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion, optimization,



and long-term value creationAct as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships at executive levelsLead business reviews (QBRs/MBRs), aligning on performance, insights, and future roadmapCommercial & Relationship ManagementDrive commercial negotiations, renewals, and contract expansionsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal teamsDeeply understand the partner's business model, priorities, and success metrics to proactively propose solutionsEnsure alignment between partner expectations and internal capabilitiesExecution & Cross-functional LeadershipLead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Marketing teamsTranslate business needs into clear, actionable plans and ensure timely, high-quality deliveryPrioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and resource allocationAct as the escalation point for complex issues, driving resolution across teamsPerformance Management & InsightsDefine, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account successGenerate insights and recommendations to improve performance, customer experience, and operational efficiencyMonitor risks and proactively implement mitigation strategiesProvide regular updates to senior leadership on performance, risks,



and opportunitiesOperational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementIdentify and drive process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiencyPromote best practices in execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaborationLead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts across initiativesEnsure high standards of organization, documentation, and accountabilityJob Requirements8+ years of experience in account management, business development, consulting, or related roles, with a strong focus on enterprise clientsProven experience owning and growing large, complex accounts with senior executive exposureStrong commercial acumen, including experience in negotiations, revenue growth, and partnership managementExperience working with digital products and cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Ops)Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day deliveryExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, both internally and externallyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries is a plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityFluency in English and SpanishDiversity & InclusionAt Kueski we embrace diversity in all forms, systematically promote equity, and ensure everyone feels included with a sense of belonging.
