Companies.Ourfocusisonfindingexceptionalprofessionalswhobringbothexpertiseanddrivetoeveryrole.We'repassionateabouthelpingcandidatesgrowtheircareerswhilesupportingourclientswithreliable,remote-readytalentthatmakesanimpactfromdayone.We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the Operations team in managing the end-to-end order-to-delivery lifecycle.This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant coordination of both domestic and international shipments.You will work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to track shipments, manage documentation, and resolve discrepancies.This is a highly process-driven, email-based role, requiring strong written communication and attention to detail.This position also supports claims processing and logistics issue resolution, helping reduce operational workload for the onshore team.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight providersTrack shipments and proactively monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time arrivalCommunicate shipment status with suppliers, warehouses, drivers, and internal teamsPrepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, customs paperwork, invoices)Coordinate final-mile delivery and ensure successful handoffReceive, review,



and process product quality claims and shipment discrepanciesManage inventory transfers and warehouse logistics coordinationEnter and manage customer orders within the Order Management systemMaintain accurate records in ERP and logistics systemsEnsure compliance with transportation regulations and company policiesGenerate recurring and ad hoc reports related to shipments, claims, and operationsQualifications1–3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or transportationExperience in B2B logistics or import/export environments (required)Hands-on experience with international shipments (Asia, Mexico, LATAM preferred)Strong understanding of shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, commercial invoices, etc.)Experience handling shipment discrepancies, documentation review, or claims supportFamiliarity with import/export processes and logistics coordinationStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsFluent English (written communication is critical)High attention to detail and process-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple workflows across logistics and claimsOrganized, reliable, and consistent in executionProactive in identifying and resolving discrepanciesComfortable working in a fast-paced operations environmentQuick learner with the ability to follow SOPsBenefitsAccess to a$200K+ perk marketplacewith discounts on 150+ integral services.Option towithdraw up to 50% of approved earningsbefore payday.
