FieldBridge, LLC, a U.S. based staffing firm with offices in the U.S. and Mexico, is hiring an HR Onboarding Specialist for our Guadalajara team.In this role, you'll be the go-to person for new hires navigating their onboarding journey — from documentation and system access to training and compliance.You'll work closely with Operations, Payroll, and Recruiting to make sure every new team member is set up for success from day one.What you'll be doing:Managing end-to-end onboarding for new hiresConducting onboarding sessions and system trainingDriving completion through proactive follow-up with candidates, clients,



and managersTroubleshooting system access and timekeeping issuesMaintaining accurate employee records and compliance documentationWhat we're looking for:1–3+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, or workforce administration preferredStrong mult-tasking and organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems is preferredExcellent communication and follow-up skillsFluent English, written and verbalMon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PMHybrid role 3 days in office 2 days WFHStarting at $20,000/mo.base salary + performance-based bonus + above-the-law benefits, including an enhanced Christmas bonus (aguinaldo): 30 days' pay — double the legal minimum.Opportunity to earn bonuses equally 25%+ of your base salary — potentially bringing total monthly compensation to ~$25,000.That's just starting out#J-*****-Ljbffr
