****LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER****Leading Logistics Services Company****Requirements**:**Law degree| 8+ years in Labor Relations (logistics preferred) |****Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)****Key Responsibilities**:- Collective bargaining and salary review negotiations.
- Compliance with labor legislation and applicable standards (NOMs).
- Prevention and resolution of labor disputes.
- Representation before labor authorities and coordination of audits.
- Promotion of well-being programs and improvement of workplace climate.
**Adecuado Profile**:- Bachelors degree in Law, Industrial Relations, or related field (Masters degree preferred).




- 8+ years of experience in Labor Relations, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Proven experience in union negotiations and managing a large operational workforce.
- Deep knowledge of LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and NOM-035 compliance.
- **Advanced English proficiency REQUIRED.
