Monitoring of the preparation and compliance of training plans and programs for all hourly and salary staff based on the training matrix and detecting requirements of each position.Supervise and authorize all documents of legal origin to be authorized and approved in accordance with the requirements of the company (contracts, registrations, departures among others) and government.Ensure that all recruitment requirements are met and follow up with new hires regarding safety, training, and labor relations.Monitor the EHS, training and HR administrative area expenditure control on an ongoing basis.Monitor and analyze the causes of absenteeism,
