**Responsibilities**- Support the Senior Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of automation projects- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, installation, and commissioning personnel- Maintain direct communication with the client to track progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations- Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports,



and action plans- Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and client requirements- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely execution**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field)- 2-4 years of experience in project management within automation, robotics, or industrial systems- Familiarity with automation technologies (PLCs, robotics, control systems)- Strong organizational and communication skills- Experience working with cross-functional teams and clients- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Gantt charts)- Ability to travel occasionally to client sitesPreferred Qualifications- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum, or similar)- Experience working with automation platforms- Knowledge of quality standards and industrial safety protocols**Additional Information**:- At SEGULA Technologies, diversity, fairness and inclusion are at the heart of our HR policy.Our jobs are open to everyone, regardless of gender, social and cultural background, sexual orientation, religious beliefs or disability._
