Job DescriptionAs an Asset Management Professional, you will help support pre‐ and post‐sales activities, ensuring asset lifecycle management and service delivery.You will work with customers and our teams to improve equipment reliability, increase maintenance strategies, and reduce unplanned downtime.You will collaborate with technical and customer‐facing teams, contributing directly to operational performance and long‐term service value.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport pre‐sales and post‐sales processes, including service offerings, asset lifecycle management, and contract executionAct as the technical and service liaison between customers and internal teamsProvide accurate information on equipment delivery timelines, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedulesPerform inventory and asset audits to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of incoming and outgoing shipmentsConduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify failure patterns and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce unplanned downtimeIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and maintenance optimization at customer sitesSupport continuous improvement initiatives aligned with customer KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)Contribute to improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
