**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs- Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties- Implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies- Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs,
