Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based law firm
seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support its legal
team. This role is adecuado for a detail-oriented professional with
strong litigation experience, excellent drafting skills, and the
ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support throughout all stages of litigation
Draft, review, and format legal documents, including pleadings,
motions, and correspondence Manage case files and maintain accurate
documentation File legal documents in federal courts (e-filing) and
ensure compliance with court procedures Coordinate with attorneys,
clients, and court personnel Conduct legal research and assist in
case preparation Track deadlines and manage litigation calendars
Qualifications:



Demonstrated solid experience in litigation Strong
knowledge of litigation procedures and workflows Proven experience
filing in federal court Excellent legal drafting and writing skills
Licensed attorney in your home jurisdiction (required) Bilingual
proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Strong
attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work
independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment What We
