**What you'll be doing**- Being a trusted strategic advisor for your stakeholders by providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR- Proactively identifying people issues and trends within the business, and working together with stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions- Optimising day-to-day HR operations, keeping people-centricity in mind- Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures within your accounts- Contributing to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures**What you'll need**- Experience in a regulated financial services or hyper-growth environments- Logical and analytical thinking- Great project management skills- Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills- Flexibility and adaptability- A data and process-driven approach towards HR- A results-driven and numbers-oriented working style- Extensive knowledge of local labour laws- Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and procedures- Fluency in English and Spanish**Nice to have**- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to influence through your communication**_ We won't ask for payment or personal financial information during the hiring process._**_ If anyone does ask you for this, it's a scam.Report it immediately._
