**Purpose of Position**The _EA Ports Logistics coordinator (dispatcher) _ position is responsible to ensure timely, accurate and efficient service to EA Ports Group customers and drivers.Requires strong,organized and problem-solving skills, leadership, mentoring abilities, multi-tasking.superior communications ability.EA Ports Group is a people-focused organization.
- Manage multiple driver fleets to ensure high on-time delivery performance and fleet profitability- Develop a relationship with drivers to improve performance and encourage retention- Communicate customer needs to drivers through dispatch instruction- Ensure driver and other transportation safety procedures are followed- Maximize equipment utilization- Work closely with other departments- Ensure to work on timelly matter to meet cutoffs, appointments and requests by customer or dispatch coordinator.
- English 90% (written and spoken).
- Office 365 skills.
- 2+ years of previous experience in a related field required.
