Do you know how to turn conversations into booked customers—and follow up until the sale is won?

We are a growing US-based residential cleaning company looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will speak with warm inbound leads, provide quotes, follow up consistently, and help customers confidently book our services.

This is not an order-taking position. We want a proven go-getter who takes ownership, enjoys hitting targets, and knows how to close.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central Time (CST/CDT)

Some weekend availability required as business needs arise

You must be able to work these hours consistently from your location

COMPENSATION

- Starting base pay(approximately US$9 per hour)
- Plus performance-based commission

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Answer inbound calls and respond quickly to new leads

Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the right service

Provide accurate quotes over the phone

Convert qualified leads and quotes into booked cleaning services

Follow up persistently by phone, text, and email

Maintain complete and accurate records in our CRM

Use our proven sales scripts, systems, and technology

Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience

Meet individual conversion, follow-up, and booking targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 1 year of successful sales experience

A proven ability to close sales and meet targets

Confident, persuasive, and professional English communication

Strong phone presence and active listening skills

Self-motivated, competitive,



and accountable for results

Persistent follow-up habits—you do not let good opportunities go cold

Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail

Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently

Experience with inside sales, inbound sales, telesales, or appointment booking is strongly preferred

CRM experience is an advantage

Reliable computer capable of handling multiple applications

Two monitors

Stable, high-speed internet connection

Quality headset and a quiet, professional workspace

Reliable power and backup arrangements
