Primary Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Primary focus is to support manufacturing production operations.

- Digitizes and edits drawings consisting of components and/or assemblies.
- Uses computer assisted design equipment, SolidWorks and AutoCAD software to develop designs
- Creates, modifies, reviews, and releases drawings for use by other departments.
- Drafts detailed multi-view drawings of parts/products
- Makes final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimension of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to the whole structure
- Utilizes knowledge of various machines, mathematics, building materials, to complete drawings.
- Communicates to Quality Control and Manufacturing regarding new and revised prints.




- Interacts with production personnel to define and solve design issues.
- Maintains product application and installation detail standards for selected products.
- Sets up and maintains an organized file system for production drawings..
- Intermediate English (reading, writing, and conversational)
