Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Representative, you will lead by example by consistently achieving performance goals and demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence. You will support and mentor your teammates, helping them develop their skills and improve their results. In this role, you will maintain open and effective communication with both the team and leadership, identify opportunities to improve processes, and contribute ideas that drive better outcomes. You will use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome daily challenges while fostering a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Merck PetCare.
- Met or exceeded KPIs during the last 3 months.
- No unjustified absences in the last 3 months.
- No active disciplinary actions.
- Attendance meets company standards.

Skills

- Strong leadership and coaching skills.




- Good verbal and written communication.
- Proactive, positive, and willing to suggest improvements.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excel knowledge is a plus.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
