Virtual Assistant: Marketing Operations (Remote)

Schedule: Full-Time | U.S. Eastern Time Business Hours
Salary: $14,000–$16,000 MXN per month (based on experience)

About the Role

Aleph Integrated is looking for a Virtual Assistant: Marketing Operations for a U.S.-based property management company that owns and operates more than 20 Class A apartment communities across multiple states.

This position supports the Marketing Department by managing daily operational and administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors and onsite teams, maintaining reports and trackers, and ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.

This is an operations-focused role, not a creative marketing position.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track orders for marketing materials with approved vendors.
- Follow up with vendors and onsite teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and operational trackers.
- Generate recurring reports using CRM systems and Google Analytics.
- Update tasks and project boards in Monday.com.
- Organize marketing files, event photos, and department documentation.
- Send follow-up and confirmation emails using company templates.




- Monitor open tasks and ensure all projects are completed on schedule.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department.

Qualifications

Required

- Advanced English (written and verbal).
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or a similar support role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred

- Experience with CRM systems or Google Analytics.
- Experience supporting marketing, real estate, or property management teams.
