We are expanding and looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team Key Responsibilities
Posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms
Actively sourcing and headhunting candidates
Reaching out to potential candidates proactively
Reviewing and filtering CVs accurately
Conducting initial interviews via phone or messaging apps
Maintaining an uptodate candidate database throughout all recruitment stages
Conducting interviews via Zoom or Google Meet
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team leads
Preparing reports and tracking key recruitment metrics. Our Adecuado Candidate
Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for roles in sales, marketing, or customer service
Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills




Team player with adaptability and a proactive attitude
Willingness to grow professionally in the Human Resources field
Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes simultaneously
Fluent in Spanish and English. What We Offer
Work schedule Monday to Friday, flexible start between 800 AM and 1000 AM 7hour workday 6 working hours 1hour lunch
