We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Manager to support strategic planning, financial management, governance activities, and business performance initiatives.This role will partner with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, support decision-making processes, and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international environment.Key Responsibilities- Support the development, monitoring, and execution of business and strategic plans.- Manage budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and financial performance analysis.- Prepare management reports, presentations, and insights for senior leadership.- Coordinate governance activities, including management and executive committee meetings.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for operational improvements.- Support regional and integral reporting requirements.- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and process enhancements.- Participate in vendor evaluation, procurement planning, and expense optimization efforts.- Assist in the preparation of business cases, financial analyses, and strategic projects.- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements,
