ReservHotel is a state of the art Hotel and Air package booking engine.
Our travel partners include some of the most prestigious hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean as well as all major air carriers.
Call Center Sales Agents will generate sales primarily through inbound and outbound calls using call center software.
To do well in this role you need to be have excellent listening and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and persuade them to purchase product.
**GOAL**: GOAL: The target is to ensure sales excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
- Identify customers' needs and wants and provide them with services that meet those needs
- Seize opportunities to upsell products
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Follow up on Sales related Voice Mails
- Perform Outbound calls for reservation abandonment service
This is **NOT** a remote position.
All of our agents are required to work in our Cancun offices.
- Proven hotels sales experience
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- English is required
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively




- General computer software knowledge

Starting salary $15,450 monthly plus attractive incentives and commissions.
