This position's responsibilities will include participation in the payroll processing, reporting, and account reconciliation.
Responsible for taking a leadership role in the implementation of payroll related projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

**In this Role, Your Main Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Compile and prepare reports on income, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and salary summaries.
- Ensure the company deducts employee taxes according to law requirements.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Ensure payroll operations are carried out in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Register the request for withholdings for FONACOT credits in accordance with the Notification of Additions and Payments, providing supporting documentation for any incidents.
- Record deductions for Savings Fund loans and generate Savings Fund files for contributions and loans, as well as for withdrawals.
- Calculate bimonthly variables, integrated salaries, IMSS/RCV/INFONAVIT and FONACOT payments, and State payroll tax.




- Prepare reports and integrate information for internal and external audits.
- Provide customer service to employees regarding their payroll earnings and/or deductions.
- Calculate profit sharing and bonuses.
- Support weekly and biweekly payroll calculations as required.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a similar position of at least 3 years.
- Knowledge of labor laws (LFT, LISR, LIMSS, LINFONAVIT, etc.)
- Proficiency in the Tress system and ease of mastering additional systems, Oracle is highly desired.
- Extensive knowledge of SUA, IDSE platforms, SIPARE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
- Bilingual English
- Spanish is desirable.
