What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating medical team meetings and activities.
- Manage and maintain medical documentation and records.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between the medical team and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative scopes for the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements for the medical team.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree in health sciences completed.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to partnership effectively with team members.
- English advanced.
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Please note: The role requires full-time on-site presence during the first 6 months.
After this period,



a hybrid option of one remote day per week will be available._
