**Machine Build Supervisor**
**What you'll do**:
- TLead and manage the machining team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts, meeting cost and safety standards while maintaining operational excellence.
- Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and procurement processes, ensuring smooth coordination of materials, process and final deliveries.
- Drive cost reduction and lead time improvement initiatives using APS tools, strategic planning, and continuous process optimization.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, development plans, and structured team management aligned with organizational goals.
**What is required**:
- Mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics or similar
- At least three years' experience in machinery process
- Functional Competencies: Solid Woks, Draft sight, 2d interpretation of mechanical drawings.
