**Tasks**:
Continental Engineering Services (CES) is looking for a fellow colleague that can act as Scrum Master and drive the organization towards agile mindset transformation in the software development department.
- Advanced Electronic Brake Systems
- Automated Driver Assistance Systems (radars, cameras, sensors)
- Active Damping Control Systems
- Airbag Controllers and other safety solutions
Core responsibilities:
- Project planning and follow-up of tasks throughout the full project development cycle with agile mindset.
- Assist the team in meeting their delivery goals by helping the team members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate.
- Promote Agile practices and mindset, help the team embrace Agile values.
- Facilitate the removal of impediments.
- Facilitate team events including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, iteration review and iteration retrospectives.
- Overall responsibility for our SW deliveries, comprising project-specific development as well as contributions from internal and external suppliers.
- Close collaboration within the project management team, with stakeholders and peer projects.
- Control of the budget for SW area with Project manager alignment.
- Interface between customer and local development team.
- Manage project schedules, closing/open issues, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders.
- Lead change from traditional process to Agile mindset and processes.
**Qualifications**:
Required qualifications:
- Academic degree in Electronics, Computer science, or similar engineering discipline.




- 2+ years of experience in SW development (C language preferred) in embedded systems.
- 1+ years of experience as Scrum Master role or any other Agile development environment
- Fluent English language skills, written and spoken.
- Dedication and leadership skills to drive project teams in ambiguous and complex environments.
- Good software agile development process knowledge.
- Good project management skills (incl. effort / cost estimation, project planning, monitoring, risk management).
- Availability to travel to USA, Germany is desirable (short periods) to support customer meetings, transfer of project know-how, training.
Additional qualifications:
- Experience working in projects organized according to SAFe (scaled agile).
- Software tool experience (e.g.: MS Office Tools, MS Project, Jira, etc.)
- Software project manager experience.
- Experience in automotive electronic products is desirable.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus.
