**Salesforce Administrator**
We are looking for a SalesForce administrator for our offices in CDMX-POLANCO. Your main responsibility is to perform development tasks of click & point solutions within the Salesforce platform complying with best practice standards and following the software lifecycle. Attention to requests from internal collaborators for the creation, update, deletion and other actions required within the platform records. Attention to incidents in sandbox and production environments.
Your responsibilities:
- Analysis and development of declarative solutions in Salesforce.
- Attention to incidents in environments and production to keep the system in good health and working order.
- Documenting the solutions performed.
- Migration between environments.
- Unit and integration testing.
- Updating, creating and/or deleting records within Salesforce.
- Bulk upgrades.
- Field Service and CPQ Administrator
To be successful in this position, you must:
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in Salesforce admin.
- Advanced to intermediate English
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems
- Knowledge of relational model
- Salesforce security model
- Salesforce object model
