**What you´ll do**
▪ As an Operations & Management Consultant you will participate in diverse projects mainly in manufacturing industry (80% of our projects are placed in automotive industry with local and transnational companies located in Mexico).
▪ You actively drive challenging projects within our P3 team with multiple work streams.
▪ You will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of process standards, operations current state analysis, improvement proposals creation and presentation to the management, problem-solving process, improvements implementation leading, project management and reporting to stakeholders.
▪ You interact with the customer and other interfaces on various management and working levels.
▪ You will support in the restructure of customer organizations and creation of departments communication concepts.
▪ You create high level of customer satisfaction and build up a sustainable customer relationship.
**Who you are**
▪ You have a completed Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in e.g., Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or similar.




▪ You have at least 5 years experience working in a manufacturing industry as an operations consultant, or in one of the following departments (operations, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, industrialization, launch management, or similar).
▪ Your English and Spanish skills are excellent in speaking and writing (German is a plus).
▪ You are a team player, yet very self-driven and have a dedicated working style. You are motivated, flexible, pro-active, a quick learner and open minded.
