- Analyzes demand for raw materials based on sales orders
- Aligns raw materials with manufacturing demand and remain in line with the company's inventory level objectives
- Attend and prepare for production meetings with updates on key PO's
- Works with specific engineering, production, and sales teams to forecast and meet production objectives
- Primary and secondary sourcing suppliers for raw materials and components used in the manufacturing process
- Negotiate costs with quality suppliers
- Monitor and report on supplier on-time delivery, communicating and working through any problems that may affect the manufacturing process




- Regularly monitor component stock levels to ensure timely reordering as needed
- Liaison with receiving personnel to ensure that all products arrive in good condition
- Reviewing purchase orders
