**Objective of job**:
- Supervise the control activities of Production (IPST), Warehouse of modules and finished product (AULA).
- Ensure the release of construction orders and ensure compliance with internal and external customer requirements in a timely manner.
**Principle activities**:
- Cooperate to identify and develop suggestions to improve, implement the determined actions.
- Support other units in managing large-scale business tasks.
- Lead (technically and disciplinary) a department with different / more complex functions
- Carry out the planning and arrangement of the staffing, taking into account the objectives of the company
- Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; take disciplinary action as necessary
- Ensure delivery and quality compliance through the efficient use of machinery, materials and equipment, in accordance with the planning / production control criteria and characteristics
- Ensure quality tests on parts based on test plans,



technical drawings and work instructions (regarding function, integrity, etc.), compare target / vigente deviations as necessary.
- Establish priorities within the established times and objectives
- Perform change and operations planning
- Reorganize work processes and work team in case of interruptions and bottlenecks
- Develop / support improvements in IT processes, equipment and systems
- Ensure compliance with process and procedure directives
- Monitoring of safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of the legislation.
**Job requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Specialized Knowledge in Logistics or Logistic job experience
- Experience 2-3 years
- English Basic
