**About our client**:

- We are looking for a _**Receptionist **_to support the following activities:_
- Handle a high volume of customer phone calls.
- Understand the needs of the customer, open accounts, and answer questions with first-person resolution.
- Route calls to internal areas as needed.
- Document system with call notes and requests in real-time.
- Alert supervisor to issues related to phones, computers, or other potentially disruptive matters in the reception area.
- Arrange for backup support for planned absences, with supervisor approval.
- Maintain current records for the reception desk.




- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday_
- _Regular schedule: _10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST MX
- _During daylight saving_: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST MX

**Minimum requirements**:
- **MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).**:
- 1 to 2 years of customer experience in hospitality or call center.
- Feel comfortable taking phone calls.
Pay: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
