- **Education**: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Production systems engineer.
- **Language**: English Advanced
**Experience Required**:2 years in similar position
**Responsibilities**:
- On Time and Accurate daily reports to HP (Ship Plan, Open Order, Shipments, Escalations).
- Work with all related teams to ensure the correct flow of EDI Signals (from order drop to shipment and invoicing).
- Responsible to provide accurate information on First Acknowledge and Fact Based Commit.
- Daily follow up with the factory to meet customer expectations regarding ESDs, escalations, shipping conditions.
- Meet customer expectation on response time (3 hours) regarding ESDs, Cancellation requests, shipping conditions.
