**TECHNICAL SENIOR TEST LEAD**
**Position Summary**
Do you want to improve and influence games with us? Test them before release. You can check the titles that none of your friends have ever played before — from Indie to full-fledged AAA games from well-known publishers.
**What You Will Do**
- Ensuring the quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications and prepare reports.
- Analyze test results, bugs, and usability.
- Creation, updating, and maintenance of all project testing documentation, such as test plans, test cases, and progress reports to ensure effective testing coverage throughout the project.
- Serving as the primary point of contact with customers at the project level.
- Manage, lead and mentor test team members.
- Assist in test environment setup and teardown.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation.
- Maintaining the project bug database and ensuring the quality of bug reports.
- Assist in coaching junior staff by helping them to make decisions and solve problems and providing feedback on testing-related tasks.
- May manage less experienced test leads
**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- 3+ years of leading large test teams or similar management position.
- 5+ years of experience in game testing.
- Linux, MacOS and Windows
- Programming language ideal C++ and/or C#
- Unreal Engine experience adecuado.
- Preferred higher education in technology.




- Experience in dealing with game studios preferred.
- A professional level of proficiency in the English language. (min B2)
- Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Passion for video games and knowledge of video game market.
- Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization.
- Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle.
- Demonstrated capability in writing detailed area test plan documents, executing test strategies, and performing exploratory testing.
- Experience testing in an Agile context.
- Working knowledge of Atlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence
