**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews. Interviews may include phone, video and on-site meetings,



complex multilayered scheduling, and the facilitation of travel arrangements.
- Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the administration of legal documents and offer letters, and other projects as needed.
- Partnering with other People & Culture teams and Recruiters to ensure an optimal onboarding experience for new hires.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Previous experience working collectively with a team
- Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
