**Overview**:
In this role for Customer Service Team, as a Container Guarantee Analyst you will be in charge of all the work related to guarantee deposit management and refund in close communication with customers.
You need to be fast, quick and efficient, and highly organized, as well as good with numbers/general finance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Confirm guarantee deposits in banks and in the internal system.
- Gather documents to process guarantee reimbursement.
- Continuous follow up of open items
- Process reimbursement in internal system.
- Reuse process
- Follow up wrong payments
- Merge batches to manage refunds
- Close communication with customer to close the process with a payment proof.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work fast under high workload and high pressure, with strong attention to detail. Careful work.
- Advance Excel skills are required.
- Proactive person




- Good written and spoken English is preferred.
- Good telephone presence.
- Good service attitude.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Preferred, but not necessary, previous experience in shipping, can be either shipping line or freight forwarder.
