**Position: Customer Service Representative**
**Location**: Monterrey, Nuevo León (On-site)
**Key Responsibilities**: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience.

- Proven customer service experience
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
