Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards

Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm

Flag content that could be misleading, inappropriate, or ethically problematic

Write clear, structured feedback that helps guide AI policy improvements

Work across a diverse range of topics and content types — no two tasks are the same

Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively





Interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or social impact

Able to articulate your reasoning clearly in writing

Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation guidelines

Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
