From 1 to 3 years
Preferred in Fiber optical assembly industry,or Labor-Intensive Factory
Works as production leader, such as production line leader or production supervisor
Good at communicating, motivating and training the team members
Master the operation processes of the factory and the coordination between various departments.
Good skill in communication and motivation
Knowledge Related to Production Safety
Microsoft office: Words, Excel, PPT etc
Knowledge Related to Labor Law
Language: English and Spanish

Problem solving
Monitor the daily production processes to ensure efficiency,quality standards and required delivery date are met.
Supervise and manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and production targets.
Ensure that all products meet quality specifications and implement corrective actions when necessary.




Enforce safety protocols and practices within the production area to ensure a safe working environment.
Manage the allocation of resources, including machinery, materials, and labor, to optimize production effectiveness.
Prepare and submit production reports to upper management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the production process, including equipment malfunctions and workflow disruptions.
Work closely with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
