Your responsibilities
- Engage in country analysis and localization requirements gathering, ensuring only relevant requirements are submitted. Collaborate with end users to support change impact analysis
- Work closely with the project team to configure the system in alignment with local requirements while adhering to the general template
- Develop country-specific test cases and conduct user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain training materials and other relevant documentation. Deliver end-user training sessions.
- Support data migration and participate in data validation
- Support users as they navigate the new system, providing troubleshooting assistance and guiding them in adopting new ways of working
- Assist users in optimizing system utilization, drive continuous improvement initiatives,



and submit suggestions for process enhancements and global template optimizations to the project team
What you bring
- Strong Deep expertise in end-to-end Finance processes (OTC, PTP, RTR), with a solid understanding of business processes and their interdependencies
- Proven experience with ERP implementation, preferably as a Finance lead or a Global super user
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably D365 F&O; or Oracle/Epicor/SAP coupled with ability to learn quickly
- Experience in business process analysis, process implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users, translating complex issues into clear business requirements
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
