**DESCRIPTION**
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join Nittoku America's sales team representing the world's largest coil winding machine manufacturer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Located in Monterrey
- Advanced English Language - Mandatory
- Basic Understanding of Japanese Culture Preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Preferred.
- Ability to Travel 30 - 40% of the Time Both Internationally and Domestically.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Adaptable with the ability to learn Technical terms and Procedures Quickly and Proficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**




- Developing plans and methods to find new clientele and avenues to expand business.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ensuring all clients are satisfied and communication is consistent and clear.
- Continuing relationships with existing customers while inquiring about new business opportunities.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings with customers (including international meetings).
- Understanding the cultural differences between customers from different countries and being able to manage those difference in a joint meeting.
